The Lucky Eleven Story
Gregg and Ashley partnered with acclaimed Chef Joel Hassanali to create Salted EDGE, a modern kitchen and bar known for its elevated lakeside dining experience. Later introducing PIVOT Prime, a French-Inspired Modern Steakhouse.
While both concepts are rooted in exceptional food and hospitality, the Youngs’ vision extends beyond their restaurants. Through Lucky Eleven Hospitality Group, they have created a platform that allows their business to serve the community in a deeper and more intentional way.
The Level Up Program
Under the Lucky Eleven umbrella, Gregg and Ashley launched the Level Up Program—a philanthropic initiative designed to support impactful nonprofit organizations throughout the year.
The program connects the restaurants directly with community causes, turning everyday dining experiences into opportunities to make a difference.
Dining With Purpose
Guests dining at Salted EDGE can see the impact of the Level Up Program firsthand.
Throughout the year, the culinary team proudly wears colored bandanas in the open kitchen, representing the nonprofit partner being supported that month. Featured menu items also contribute directly to the organization of the quarter, creating a dining experience that blends hospitality with generosity.
Every meal shared becomes part of a larger mission to support those doing meaningful work in our community.
